Zhi Ru holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of the West of England and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice in 2023. Thereafter, she commenced her journey at Messrs. Choo Dee Wei as a pupil. Upon completion, she was called to the Malaysian Bar in October 2024.

She has been exposed to a wide array of cases, ranging from debt recovery and divorce matters, and has experience conducting trials and hearings on bankruptcy matters and contentious disputes. She advocates for legal matters to be settled amicably between parties and aims to provide practical solutions to her clients.

Apart from commercial litigation, Zhi Ru also has experience in corporate drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure that her clients’ interests are safeguarded in commercial settings.

In her free time, she likes to explore new cafes.
